50 years GMF – 1997

Over the years , the W&H Neukirchen company undergoes a number of internal changes. The Genk-based GMF offers growth opportunities and Luc Akkermans, together with the 3 managers of GTE Industrieelektronik GmbH, takes over GMF.

Following a bankruptcy of W&H Neukirchen in September, Luc Akkermans buys up numerous machines and the entire warehouse.
Later, the expansion of a new production hall and the doubling of the warehouse follows.
