50 years GMF – 2019

After 22 years, a new business transfer is taking place at GMF! Due to a lack of family succession, Luc Akkermans starts looking for a new owner.  This search also ends in Genk with Maarten Bynens as a suitable candidate buyer.

Maarten takes over all shares of Genker Machinenfabriek with his industrial holding INITIUM and becomes Managing Director. Luc Akkermans will remain active as an advisor for several more years.
