Operator for sliding gates type NGS-RS with limit switch system
NGS-RS is a compact assembly entity with limited dimensions. The worm-wheel gear-box is equipped with an infinitely variable torque limiter and an unlock system. The safety torque limiter is built between motor and gear-box. This means that when the motor is stopped the irreversible system of the gearbox locks the gate so that normally no additional locks are required.
Due to the unlock system it is possible to open the gate manually. The motor can be mounted horizontal or vertical. Standard voltage 3-phase 230/400 V. motor with thermal protection in the coil (special voltage at options).
The limit switch
On the reduction is a box mounted with limit switch ES10, this can be connected with a separate controller which can be chosen out of the LST/WST range. The limit circuit then consists of a potential-free limit switch, a control current limit switch for determining the end positions and a safety switch for each direction of rotation.

On the reduction is a box mounted with automatic controller type WST 18, this controller is build according the European prescriptions and Norms. This control box can only be used with separate mechanical or inductive limit switches.
