Why are these personal data processed and what is the legal basis for the processing?
Depending on the situation, GMF needs certain information from you to offer certain services or products. The information GMF requests that allows us to identify you is called personal data.

For GMF/ prospective GMF:
Your identity and contact details, including any other relevant information for a possible job in our company, and to properly establish and execute the employment contract we conclude with you. This includes your CV, any cover letter and comments made during the introductory meeting, as well as evaluation forms processed.

For purposes of direct marketing (i.e. newsletters):
The information listed above, following your explicit consent (opt-in)

If you contact us: your identity and contact details, including any other relevant information for the purpose of our communication.

We also collect and process data to comply with any legal obligations we are subject to or to respect our legitimate interests within the limits of GDPR.

By entering into a contract with us or when applying for a job, we will ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. This includes any update of your personal data.

Duration:
Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary. Personal data of clients/prospects or prospective GMF or employees will be kept as long as they are deemed relevant for offering our services or completing an application.
